Been 4 days since my last run, ugh!  Because of early work schedule or this or that, stupid excuses, I know!  However I did run this morning.  I barely made the mile.  I do believe I need to see a Dr.  Seems as though it is not my legs that keep from going its my breathing!!  I feel like I am only getting half of the air I need.  I took my asthma meds but this has been going on for a while now.   I would say I am long over due for some sort of checkup.  I have lengthened my stride some and that feels good, before it was like baby jogging steps so that is good. I am running out of time--I need to be to 3 miles in a little over a month!  Grrrr  Will talk to a health professional here pretty quick, need to get to the bottom of all this crap.  I don't smoke, never have and never will!  I am not sure what is going on--might have to do with me not being able to sleep well at night as well.  Going to the vitamin shop today before work to talk to a guy, Hopefully he can help me out a bit.  I am hoping to find something like amberan to help me out with hot flashes and hormone balance, that will also help with weight loss.  I need to lose about 20 lbs, that could be part of it as well.  However I feel like I am getting heavier the more I run??  Go figure?  No its not muscle LOL Just need to figure out what changes I need to make and how to do it!  Don't even eat much in the line of M&M's anymore!  I don't know, I will figure it out!  Anyway, enjoy your day I am going to cause it is going to be a great one!  :-)
