Well, its Wednesday, I promised myself I would run a mile on Wednesday SO I DID!! YAY ME!! I ran the whole mile and if feels great. That makes me 1/3 of the way to the 5K, shooting for 2 miles by next week, once I get to 3 miles I will work more on the speed or a better pace but for now I will keep the nice steady pace while I work my way up towards the ultimate goal. I would actually like to run 5 miles a day eventually. I will have to see how it all goes, but for now, a mile today and 2 next week! Onward and upward. I love the feeling and the energy from running. My days are great and I feel better about myself. WOO HOO!! :-) Have to go make my lunch for work--till tomorrow~~
